New Zealand National Championships are over for another season. A thrilling nine days of inline hockey held at the Hamilton Devils venue in East Hamilton. We thank the local club and their members for putting in many hours preparing for our arrival and the teams were not disappointed.

Thank you to all the volunteers making themselves available to ensure the event ran smoothly. Stands were full, spectators enjoying the skills and pace of the game.

A special thank you to Kane Taylor for organising his referees and hosting our official from Australia, Daryl Hamilton, Julia Craig who organised the scorebench during the event scheduling in her assistants to cover all games. Familiar faces offered their help to cover the various tasks carried out over the week long event, Rob and Jenny Henry, Wendy and Derek McLean, Alethea and Craig Stove, Jason Dombroski, Brett Turia and Pete Shields. Thanks also goes to Gordon Tam for providing photos on demand and medical expertise as required.
