The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2015. The meeting is to be held in Wellington at the Domestic Airport Conference Centre in the Sunderland Room.
The document package contains a "brief" of the board intention, the meeting agenda, delegate registration form, published strategic plan and an application and position outline for interested parties to make application for a board position.

First Notice of Annual General meeting issued January 15, 2015.
Second Notice of Annual General meeting will be issue April 4th.
The board is giving plenty of notice in an effort to encourage clubs to nominate their delegates early and allow the best travel options. The meeting will start at 10am with pre-registration from 9.30am.
