Oceania Confederation of Roller Sports

The 2015 Oceania inline hockey teams arrive in Morwell to compete at the Oceania Championships this week. The event starts with a half day training for each country with gamres commencing Wednesday, April 8 at Stadium 34 in Moe.

The rink floor is tiled and the stadium has a cafe operating along with a small games arcade, changing rooms and a supplier shop onsite for the event. It is unusually cooler with some heavy rain today. The forcast looks promising for the rest of the week. The players are fortunate inline hockey is played indoors.

Early start on team's first day finding our directions and all trekking through to Moe for training sessions. Later afternoon spent exploring the local scenery, sights and mall. Settled into motels, all set for first group meals and event start on Thursday morning.
